GogoApps is a software house founded in Warsaw in 2016. We currently employ 30+ people. We specialize in software development (Golang, React) and UX/UI design. Currently, there is one person in the People team - Sylwia. She oversees recruitment, onboarding, employer branding, employee happiness, offboarding. Depending on your interests, you can also engage in an area you like.

    Your daily tasks

  • Managing recruitment processes for the positions of Software Engineers and UX/UI Designers
  • Active search for candidates using sources like: Linkedin, Facebook, Dribbble, Behance
  • Conducting short phone conversations with candidates to check basic skills and prepare recommendations for Hiring Managers
  • Coordinating the stages of the recruitment process, e.g., sending recruitment tasks to candidates and providing them with feedback
  • Updating the candidate database in the ATS - Recruitee system
  • Promoting recruitment ads on social media channels
  • Ideally also: making cooperation offers, conducting negotiations, acting as an advisor for Hiring Managers

    Candidate profile

  • 1-2 years of experience recruiting in the internal HR department or a recruitment agency. Experience in the IT industry is an advantage
  • Successful experience in acquiring passive candidates (e.g., via Linkedin) - a necessary condition
  • Fluent knowledge of English (min. B2)
  • Focus on achieving goals - thanks to effective recruitment, we develop as a company, and you get a bonus for each candidate you hire
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - you will talk to people most of your time at work :) The attitude towards building relationships while taking care of the interests of all parties is crucial
  • Openness to feedback - Giving and receiving regular feedback is essential
